Open Roles
Electrical Trainee
- Entry-level role for those starting in solar electrical work.
- Must pass aptitude or knowledge test.
- OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
- Wage progression every 800 hours per apprenticeship guide
PV Technician
- Install and maintain solar PV systems.
- Requires experience with AC/DC wiring, conduit, and DAS systems.
- OSHA-10 certification preferred.
- Must be comfortable working on roofs and traveling
Electrician
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Journeyman License or Electrical Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of NEC and ability to read CAD drawings.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and mentoring apprentices
Electrical Foreman
- Leads electrical crews and ensures code compliance.
- Coordinates with project managers and mechanical teams.
- Must have leadership experience and OSHA-30 certification.
- Pay range: $40–$50/hour
Superintendent
- Oversees multiple job sites and ensures safety, quality, and scheduling.
- Requires 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Must be willing to travel and manage large teams.
- Pay range: $85,000–$120,000/year
